Your body stores ALL THE ANSWERS! Are you relaxed? Tense? Stressed?
Take a slow breath in. Breathe out. Notice how your body is feeling at this moment.
In this session I offer a combination of movement (15-20 min of gentle yoga and Qigong), meditation, relaxation and most importantly ENERGY work. I offer different modalities and use my intuition to gently guide you towards your healing.
Session can be combined with initial consultation (more info here) and now I'm offering a special discount if you book them together! Session is available for children.

Session is done in comfort of your home, on Zoom. I work in 33 countries in English, Russian and Ukrainian
